I truly believe that a trip to Little Italy without stopping for to go pastry’s from Presti’s Bakery is a trip wasted. I have been going to this bakery for years since i was younger and it has always been absolutely amazing. The staff is always amazing and quick to get through the lines. They have a very efficient numbering system to make sure who comes in first gets served first. This trip we had gotten the Napoleon Cake, Tiramisu, Strawberry Eclair, and Carrot Cake. The Strawberry Eclair was my hands down favorite. It’s so light and airy while also creamy and sweet. The Tiramisu was soft and creamy. The Napoleon Cake was a mixture of both chocolate and vanilla with layers of phyllo pastry. It was delicious. My only miss this trip was the carrot cake, it was good but i have had better. The icing was delicious but the cake itself was just a little dry. All four huge desserts were under $25 out the door, an absolute steal. I will be continuing to return until this place closes their doors (hopefully never). To yourself a favor and come here!!!
The cappuccino was really good! I loved the broccoli salad and the meat stromboli, and the cookies were absolutely delicious. Even if was busy the derive was great!
Quite good. An extensive selection of Italian cookies and pastries without being excessive. I especially enjoyed the coconut lemon cake- which is not overly sweet and neither the lemon nor coconut flavor overpower. The tiramisu is very nice- not the best I have ever had- but it’s extremely well executed and not overlay sweet. I do wish there had been a stronger rum flavor. This is definitely worth visiting, if you’re in Cleveland.
Great Italian bakery near campus. Take a number paper or you will never be called. I like their mixed berry tart and cheese cake. Cookies are also worth a try

Presti's Bakery is a great, reliable spot in Little Italy. They have a really solid selection of traditional Italian pastries, bread, and coffee. The cannolis and assorted cookies are always fresh, and their pizza is a nice option if you want something savory. It can get pretty busy, especially on weekends, but the staff does a good job of keeping the line moving. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood and craving something sweet.
Was craving some Cannoli, so I tried this and the one across the street (Corbo's). To my surprise, I preferred the one from Presti's. Despite being pre-filled, the shell was still crunchy. Tasty Ricotta-filling that doesn't dominate the taste. Slightly cheaper, too (if you get the plain one without chocolate). Large one for $3.64 What I didn't lime is that the menu doesn't have any prices, so you have to ask for each item individually. Still 5/5

If you’re out for dinner or drinks in Little Italy, you have to stop by Presti’s Italian Bakery and grab some desserts to take home. The moment you walk in, you grab a ticket and are surrounded by incredible display cases packed with fresh, classic Italian treats; it’s impossible not to want one of everything. The staff is friendly, patient, and happy to help once your number is called, making the experience smooth even when it’s busy. The prices are more than fair for the quality and portion sizes. The tiramisu, cannoli, and coconut bar were absolute standouts. This place is iconic for a reason and is a must-stop in Little Italy and all of Greater Cleveland.
It’s been awhile since we have gone to little Italy, Presti’s has been our favorite, they did not disappoint. Took the grandkids & eat so much great stuff! Great prices. Dinning area clean & bright. Restroom room is a 7 out of 10. Chose their pasta, meat Stromboli, spinach & sausage Stromboli, eggplant, red tortellini pasta & of course their cannoli, lady locks - the young man who help was sweet & kind, warmed up everything. Love the self serve water.
